In return for a DJ making a guest appearance on the radio show, they have the title of honorary "House Bandit" bestowed upon them. It's a bit like winning a Blue Peter badge, but for people who work with Sambuca rather than sticky-back plastic. We'll probably look into getting some of our own badges made at some point...
So here are the profiles of all the DJs who have graced The House Bandits platform at some point during 2010 and 2011. If you think you've got what it takes to become a Bandit, get in touch!
Age: 20
Genre: Anything with a bassline
Where to find him: Despite being a youngster in the DJ game, Josh has been wowing partygoers around the area for a while now. If he's not on the decks at Bath Tub Dub, he's playing live sets on Sheffield Live community radio. With his new night, Not Just Noise just around the corner, this kid is definitely on the radar.

Where to find him: Tommy has secured himself a number of residencies around the Steel City, including Saturday nights at The Plug, Friday nights at The Leadmill and a regular around Sheffield University. His diverse residencies are just a clue as to how genreless Tommy actually is.
Age: 24
Genre: House, Electro, Dubstep, Grime and Bassline.
Age: 22
Genre: Oldskool House, Commercial House, Trance, Electro and Chart.
Genre: Usually House and Electro but has been known to dabble in commercial chart music and a cheeky bit of R 'n' B.
Where to find him: Simon can be found getting the party started at Liquid and Envy in Rotherham as well as Drop Zone in Barnsley. He's even done official after-parties for the likes of Example.

Where to find him: Having worked his way up the ranks in the Steel City, former Sheffield University student David has now bagged himself a residency at The Plug in Sheffield every Friday night for Covert Soundsystem (but he used to DJ at Space, which is why we've let him on here!).
Age: 22Current Location: Sheffield & London
Genre: Oldskool House, Commercial House, Trance, Electro and Chart.
Where to find him: Like David Venn, former Sheffield University student Ben has also worked his way up through the ranks of the Steel City and now holds a residency at Sheffield Students' Union's Space on Fridays. He's also got the honour of launching Republica at the end of July.

Current Location: Sheffield
Genre: Usually House and Electro but has been known to dabble in commercial chart music and a cheeky bit of R 'n' B.

Where to find him: Just out of University, Tom can be found in various clubs around the North East; if he's not DJing at Norcturnal in Sheffield, then he's controlling the decks at OffBeat and Parliament in Newcastle.

Where to find him now: Local lad Glynn can be found gracing the decks at Sheffield club night 'Housesexual' and promoting the Funky House movement.
