Even without a radio show, Chris is still bringing you some of best in up and coming DJs from across South Yorkshire and it wasn't long before this local lad caught his eye.

Josh Kerr might only be 20 but he's been spotted at some of the biggest clubs in the Steel City, playing everything from grimey dubstep to classic house. He's even been known to create his own beats while sat on a train to Barnsley.

Chris unfortunately never got round to having him on the show but he hasn't slipped by unnoticed.

Kerr has that rare skill of being able to DJ on vinyls. His passion for Sheffield and its music scene can be heard throughout his sets. With his new night, Not Just Noise, touching down soon this kid is definitely one to watch.
